Clean, quiet and efficient. Air conditioning. Adjacent covered parking garage. Breakfast was good and everything was fresh. Restaurant staff handled/partitioned large conference groups effectively, allowing solos, couples and small groups to enjoy their meals with out being crowded.

excellent breakfast, very good lunch and dinner. everyone was smiling and try to make you comfortable.

Room was comfortable and quiet.

The Rilano is located in a somewhat industrial area of Oberursel, but in easy walking distance of the subway (which is above-ground at that point), which is what we wanted as we were spending our time mainly in Frankfurt and in the Taunus (agricultural/recreational region near Frankfurt). The room was well furnished but quite small, making maneuvering to the bathroom in the dark a bit challenging, and the beds were, if anything, too soft. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, given the constraints of COVID, and the breakfast buffet, which costs quite a bit if you don't pay for it in advance, is ample. We were there on New Year's Eve and there was a party downstairs, we were only one floor above and we heard no noise at all.
